Configured products can be placed in your shopping basket and then ordered.
Registered and logged-in users can either save their configuration under My projects or add it to the shopping cart. The configuration is then stored there temporarily. You can order the configuration at a later date.
With the help of our sizing tools for linear guideways, linear axes and ball screws, you can calculate and select the right product for your desired application. The selected products must then be configured before ordering them. As a result of the technical calculation, it may no longer be possible to select specific properties/attributes in the configurator, as the product would then no longer be suitable for your application.
At https://www.hiwin.de/de/service/cad-konfigurator the "Data sheet" button is available in the respective configurator. This data sheet contains the most important technical features and drawings for the individually configured product. This function for configured products is currently only available for the linear guideway product group. Other product groups will follow.
You can select the desired product using the product finder (https://www.hiwin.de/en/Products/c/3952) and request the desired data on the detailed product page under "CAD data”. The CAD data will then be sent to you by e-mail right away. You can also start the product configurator under Service -> CAD configurator (https://www.hiwin.de/en/service/cad-konfigurator), configure the desired product and then request the CAD model in the same way.
Designs, configurations or standard articles can be saved under “My projects”. By clicking the saved articles, you can place them in the shopping basket or continue the design or configuration process.
The website is available in 10 languages. You can change the language by clicking on the globe icon at the top of the website. An option to change the language is displayed directly next to the shopping basket icon. Simply select the desired language.

At the request of many customers, we have implemented the "Chief Buyer" function in our webshop. This function allows you to decide which employees of your company can view the purchase prices in our webshop and which cannot. Currently, every user can view the purchase prices of his company.
The initial release of the "Chief Buyer" function for your company is done by the HIWIN Webshop team (shop-registry@hiwin.de or +49 781 93278-501). In your personal area, you can then define who is allowed to view prices within your company via the entry "User administration".
For all those who do not make use of this new function, it remains the case that every registered user can view the prices.
Registered users can change their password under My Account. To do this, the current password and the new password must be entered and updated. Please note the minimum requirements for the password. These appear when you move your mouse over the ‘New password’ field.

You can find our catalogues and assembly instructions in the Downloads range. Select ‘Catalogue’ or ‘Assembly instructions’ and then use the filter function on the left to select the product group. You can now easily download the catalogue or assembly instructions for the desired product in the respective language.
You need to fill in a project planning sheet whenever you require a sizing or service life calculation from us. It serves as a checklist with which you describe your application for us in as much detail as possible.
Our documents in the Downloads section can be easily shared with others. To do this, select the desired download type in the Downloads section. Then select the language of the desired document and click on the share icon on the right. Enter the email address and, if you wish, an individual text, and then click on ‘Send’.
You can save a design at any time via the “Save” button. When you click this button after opening a new design for the first time, your personal Sizing-ID is generated. You can use the ID to re-open your design and continue the process at a later date. In order to do this, however, you need to make a note of your Sizing-ID. As an additional advantage, registered users can save a design in their personal customer area under “My projects”. They can then re-open the calculation and continue the process later under "My account" -> "My projects" (https://www.hiwin.de/en/my-account/hiwinprojects).
An individually configured product cannot be designed. The design tool is only used to calculate a suitable product based on your application data. The configuration in the CAD configuratoris carried out after selecting the appropriate standard product.
Each interpretation is assigned a so-called interpretation ID after it is saved for the first time. By noting and sharing this interpretation ID, an interpretation can be opened at a later time or in another browser or on another PC. To do this, enter the interpretation ID in the first tile under sizing tools and click on the ‘Continue interpretation’ button. It is not possible to edit an interpretation at the same time.
No installation is required to use our online tools. A functioning internet connection is all you need to use all services.
Here you can access the HIWIN calculation tool for linear axes (single axes, double axes and cantilever axes). Simply click on the corresponding Linear Axes tile in this range. In the sizing tool, you can enter the data you know for a required application. On the one hand, there is data that the sizing tool needs in order to calculate a suitable linear axis (mandatory information). There are also optional fields and values generated automatically by the calculation tool, some of which can be adjusted. These data and values are explained and listed separately in the sizing tool itself under the Information button. Once you have entered the relevant data, the HIWIN sizing tool calculates the right product for your application. Once the sizing has been completed, this product can be configured in the HIWIN CAD configurator according to your requirements and then ordered.
