Designed to meet high cleanliness standards and ensure minimal particle emissions. On request, HIWIN also offers selected linear axes in a cleanroom-compatible type. The IPA-certified modular axes with toothed belt drive are suitable for cleanrooms up to ISO Class 2. The linear tables with toothed belt drive meet the requirements up to ISO Class 5. The linear tables with linear motor drive are suitable for cleanrooms up to ISO Class 4. Furthermore, the axes can be individually configured with a stroke freely selectable in millimetre steps and numerous equipment options.
